Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website published by Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC and the cleaning services that the company provides to homes and businesses in Payson and across Utah County. Please read these terms carefully before you book a visit or use this website. By booking a service or by continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC, a company located at 1898 S 550 W, Payson - 84651-8736, United States (US). By requesting a quote, by booking a cleaning visit, by permitting a crew to enter a property or by using this website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not book a service and please do not use the website.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, a landlord, a property manager or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. In that case, the words you and your refer both to you personally and to the party you represent.
2. Description of Services
Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC provides residential cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, move-in and move-out deep cleans, window and screen washing, post-construction cleanup and seasonal deep cleaning. The specific scope of any visit is the scope agreed in writing before the visit begins, and anything outside that scope is treated as a new request.
We reserve the right to decline a job, to stop work on a job or to leave a property if conditions are unsafe, if the requested work falls outside our training or equipment, or if a person on site behaves in a threatening or abusive manner. Where work is stopped for a safety reason, we will explain the reason and discuss the next step with you.
3. Booking and Scheduling
A booking becomes confirmed when we have agreed a date, a time and a scope with you and, for new recurring clients, when any required deposit has been received. Scheduling is handled in good faith on both sides, and we ask that you tell us promptly about any change that affects access, timing or the condition of the property.
Arrival windows are estimates rather than guarantees, because traffic, weather and the needs of an earlier job can shift a crew. If a crew will arrive outside the agreed window, we will contact you as soon as we can. We appreciate the same courtesy when your own plans change.
4. Quotes and Estimates
We provide written quotes based on what we can see and measure during a walkthrough. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and it assumes that the property matches the condition observed at the time of the walkthrough and that the scope remains unchanged.
If a property turns out to be substantially different from what we were shown, if heavy buildup, hoarding conditions or undisclosed damage is present, or if additional rooms are added, we may adjust the quote or the schedule. We will always explain the reason for an adjustment and seek your approval before performing additional chargeable work.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for recurring residential visits are set per visit and are billed on the agreed cycle. One time services such as move-out cleans, post-construction cleanup and seasonal deep cleans are quoted as a single price for the stated scope. Commercial accounts are billed according to the schedule in the service agreement.
Payment is due on the terms stated in the quote or the service agreement, and recurring accounts may be asked to keep a card on file with our payment processor. Late payment may pause future visits until the account is current. Returned payments may incur a fee to cover the cost charged to us by our bank. All amounts are stated in United States dollars.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please give us as much notice as you can, and at minimum the notice period stated in your service agreement. A recurring visit that is skipped without notice may still be billed, because the crew was reserved for your property and could not be reassigned in time.
If we must cancel a visit for reasons within our control, we will offer the next available slot that suits you. If severe weather, a building emergency or another event beyond our control makes a visit unsafe, we will reschedule the visit at no penalty to either side.
7. Access to the Property
You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the areas to be cleaned. Access may be provided in person, through a key, a lockbox code, a door code or another method we agree in writing. If a crew cannot enter the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a skipped visit and billed accordingly.
If you provide a key or code, you are responsible for telling us promptly when it changes and for ensuring that we are authorized to use it. We store access details confidentially and use them only to perform the agreed service. We recommend against leaving valuables, cash or sensitive documents in plain view where any service provider, including ours, would see them.
8. Client Responsibilities
A clean home is a partnership. To let our crews work safely and effectively, you agree to do the following before a scheduled visit.
- Clear floors of personal items, toys, clothing and clutter in the rooms to be cleaned.
- Secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications and fragile valuables out of the work area.
- Inform us of any known hazard, including broken glass, exposed wiring or pest activity.
- Tell us about any surface with a special finish that needs a specific product.
- Keep pets safely contained away from the crew where necessary.
- Provide working utilities, including water and electricity, during the visit.
Where heavy clutter prevents a room from being cleaned, the crew will clean what is accessible and note the limitation. A follow up visit can be arranged once the area is cleared.
9. Crew Conduct and Safety
Our technicians are trained, insured and expected to behave professionally at all times. They arrive in identifiable vehicles or attire, work quietly, respect your belongings and leave the property secure. They do not eat your food, use your personal items or discuss your household with anyone outside the company.
We ask the same respect in return. If a person on site threatens, harasses or endangers a crew member, the crew may leave the property immediately and the visit may be billed in full. We reserve the right to refuse future service in such a case.
10. Supplies and Equipment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC supplies all cleaning products, cloths, mops, vacuums and ladders needed to complete the agreed scope. Our products are chosen for compatibility with common residential and commercial finishes.
If you ask us to use a product that you supply, you confirm that the product is safe for the surface and that you have provided the correct dilution and safety information. We are not responsible for damage caused by a product that you instructed us to use, and we may decline to use a product that appears unsafe or unlabeled.
11. Damage, Loss and Insurance
We treat every property with care, and our crews are insured and bonded. Accidents can still happen, and when they do we want to resolve them quickly and fairly. If you believe that a crew caused damage or that an item is missing, please notify us within the period stated in your service agreement and preferably on the same day as the visit.
We will investigate promptly, inspect the item or the surface where possible and work with you and our insurance carrier toward a fair resolution. We are not responsible for damage that results from a pre existing condition, from normal wear, from an unstable or improperly installed fixture, or from an item that was already broken before the visit. We are also not responsible for items that were not secured as described in the client responsibilities section.
12. Satisfaction Policy
If a visit does not meet the standard we promised, tell us within the period stated in your service agreement, and we will return to correct the work at no additional charge. This policy covers the scope that was agreed for that visit. It does not cover work that was never requested or a new condition that appeared after the crew left.
We log every concern and review it with the crew supervisor so the same issue does not repeat. Our goal is not to argue about a spot on a counter. Our goal is to leave a home clean enough that you would happily recommend us to a neighbor.
13. Pets and Household Animals
We are happy to work in homes with pets, and many of our clients have them. For the safety of the animal and the crew, please contain pets in a comfortable area away from the work zones during the visit. This is especially important for anxious animals, for large dogs and for pets that might slip through an open door.
Please tell us in advance about any pet that has a history of biting or aggression, and about any pet that requires medication or a specific routine while we are present. We do not assume care duties for animals during a cleaning visit unless we have agreed to that separately in writing.
14. Health, Mold and Hazardous Conditions
We clean homes, not hazardous waste sites. If a property contains mold growth beyond a light surface film, sewage contamination, biohazard material, pest infestation, hoarding conditions or another serious hazard, the situation may require a specialist. We will tell you if we believe that is the case, and we may pause the visit until the hazard is addressed.
Please inform us of any known allergy, chemical sensitivity or medical condition in the household that could affect the products we choose. We will do our best to select appropriate products, but we cannot guarantee that a product will suit every individual sensitivity.
15. Commercial Accounts
Commercial and office clients may operate under a separate service agreement that sets out the schedule, the scope, the billing cycle and any site specific rules. If a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.
Commercial clients agree to provide lawful after hours access, to inform us of any building security requirements and to designate a contact who can answer scheduling questions. Our crews will follow site rules exactly and will leave a signed service log for each visit so that building management has a clear record.
16. Acceptable Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, not to interfere with its normal operation, not to introduce malware and not to copy or scrape the site in a way that burdens our systems or misuses our content.
You also agree not to use the contact form to send unlawful, threatening, misleading or unsolicited commercial messages. We reserve the right to block any user or address that abuses the website and to report unlawful activity to the proper authorities.
17. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including the text, the layout, the graphics and the code, belongs to Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC or is used with permission. The name Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC and any associated marks are the property of the company. You may view and print pages for your own non commercial use, but you may not reproduce, republish or redistribute the content without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content that you send to us, such as a message or a photograph, but you grant us permission to use it as needed to respond to you and to perform the service. We will not publish your content without your separate written consent.
18. Third Party Services and Links
This website may rely on third party services for hosting, email and scheduling, and it may link to websites that we do not operate. Those services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of a third party, and a link from our site does not imply an endorsement.
If a third party service experiences an outage, some parts of this website or our scheduling process may be temporarily unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service and to communicate with affected clients.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.
We do warrant that our cleaning services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with the scope that we agreed. If a service falls short of that promise, your remedy is described in the satisfaction policy section above.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the performance of a cleaning service. This includes lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill and the cost of substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so a part of this section may not apply to you. In that case, the remaining parts still apply.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Cleaning Bees LLC, its members, employees, contractors and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or your failure to disclose a hazard or condition that caused harm to a crew member or to a third party.
This obligation survives the end of your relationship with us and continues for as long as a claim could reasonably be brought under the applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through an honest conversation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.
Before filing a formal claim, we ask that you contact us directly so that we have a real chance to make things right. Most concerns are settled with a phone call, a return visit or a simple refund, and we would always prefer that path over a courtroom.
23. Termination
You may end a recurring service by giving us the notice stated in your service agreement. We may end a service if a client repeatedly fails to pay, repeatedly breaches these terms, creates unsafe conditions, or behaves abusively toward a crew member. Where possible, we will give notice and explain the reason.
When a service ends, the terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply. Those include the sections on payment for completed work, damage and insurance, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our tools or the law. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review this page occasionally so that you always know the terms that apply to your service.
Your continued use of the website or your continued booking of services after a change takes effect means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept an update, please stop using the website and contact us to close your account.
